I think either Zora or Deku.
Zora because it would be interesting to see a muscular and big Zora (besides his long hair would make a good tail )
Deku because it's basically a challenge to you as a character designer: Can you make this bulky guy fit well into the framework of Deku without compromising on him and while at the same time making him look cool? ^^
