Making it Clear

To explain this, I'll tell you that I watched a couple of Dragon Ball Z movies last night, wondering kinda what's the big deal on this series. I mean, it was EVERYWHERE when I was little. All I saw it as was a bunch of guys punching each other's lights out and bleed and yell for half an hour while they make planets blow up. So I took a look at the two involving Broly... and what I described it as just now was pretty much the gist of it. The action was cool but the plots were kinda dumb. And the second one was worse. I found it kinda laughable, really.

But seeing all that muscle made me want to draw Ryo again and I notice the one thing you don't see Ryo do very much in my gallery is be tough. He's soft and gentle a lot, which he is in personality. But I think it's also good to see him put his strength to work. So here he is... grinding a stone wall with his bare hand... and he's not right-handed either.

Why is he doing it? By the quote, he's making a point. Mostly saying, you don't want any of this against you. xD I'm guessing he's trying to make bad guys do what he wants them to do "or else". xD And given how mad he is here, the welfare of his family might be involved here. Also gave me the chance to draw Ryo's back and add another big scar there.
