Buff Arms Tut pt1

This is part 1 to a muscular arms tut. I've been asked to do it so others can learn. I sat on it for a while, but after I got this big headache and couldn't draw anything, I decided to write instead - because I couldn't sleep either.

So this touches on facts about the bicep and shoulder. Later, you'll see triceps and forearms. Part 3 will be actual drawing, taking all info you learned in pages 1 and 2 (after 2 comes).

There will be leg and torso tutorials to come, as well. ^^
